Struggling to Log in?

Logging in works slightly differently from what you may expect. We use a Magic Link instead of a password. This article shows how to request the link and use it to access your account.

Retrieve your magic link through the link here

Step 1. Access the login link
Click the link above to enter the magic link access page. Enter your email.

Step 2. Check the email address
Use the exact email tied to your account. Fix any typos before retrying.

Step 3. Use the magic link quickly
Open the email. Click the magic link. Do this within 24 hours before it expires.

Step 4. Check all email folders if you Haven't received the Magic Link
Check inbox, spam, junk, promotions.
Search for “Product Marketing Alliance” or “support team”.

Step 5. Allow for delays
Wait a few minutes. Email delivery can lag.
Retry if nothing appears.

Step 6. Update your password
Log in. Go to settings. Set a new password.

Step 7. Contact support if blocked
If no email arrives or access fails, contact support.
Ask them to verify your account and reset access.
