After activating your membership, you'll need to activate your courses as this is on a slightly different side of the website. Head to your dashboard to access your courses.
Accessing your courses often involves applying promo codes correctly and understanding transitions within the platform. This guide provides detailed steps to help ensure successful access and resolve potential issues.
Use the magic link sent to your email to log in securely. Make sure you are logged into the Pro+ membership account associated with your purchase.
Your dashboard must say Pro+ or Exec+ Membership - if it is only showing Pro Membership please reach out to the support team.
Copy your personalized coupon code and click on the link provided to activate your course bundle.
Review the unique promo code displayed on your Dashboard, and follow the instructions to apply it. Enter the code exactly as displayed to ensure activation.
After entering the promo code, you will receive a confirmation email. Use this email to verify your course access and ensure your registration is complete.
The amount will be amended to $0 to allow you to add the courses to your account. Make sure to provide your email address on the left side and continue with the registration to our Student Area.
To access your courses during the platform transition, log in using the designated platform. Transition-related details will be sent via email to guide you through the process.
Make sure to follow the step-by-step emails from The Alliance. These will include instructions on adjustments needed for the new platform.
Once you've registered, click on Go to Bundle, where it will open a new tab. We really recommend bookmarking the course dashboard for easy access to your courses at all times.
When encountering issues, double-check promo code input and ensure login credentials match your Pro+ membership. Contact support if the course isn't reflecting on your account.
