Accessing your membership
Head to the membership login portal: https://www.productmarketingalliance.com/signin/
Enter your email address, no password is needed.
You’ll receive a secure login link via email. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Once logged in, please bookmark the page, as this will keep you logged in at all times and save you from needing to log in each time.
Accessing your certifications
If you purchased an individual certification or are a Pro+ member seeking to access your certifications, you can log back in here: https://learn.productmarketingalliance.com/start/
Sign in using your email address and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot your password?’ - please ensure you’re using the same email address that your membership is under. If you experience any issues please reach out to Support@pmmalliance.com, and we can reset it for you.
Once logged in, you’ll have access to your certifications on a page that looks similar to the below.
Pro+ membership (Certifications)
As a Pro+ member, you can access your certifications directly from your membership platform.
From home dashboard of your membership platform, select “Certifications” and then “My Certifications” on the left hand side.
You can then select the certification that you’d like to start or continue.
You can always re-visit this page to come back to previously started certifications and pick up where you left off, or select a new certification.
