To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:
Navigate to the "Account" section located at the top right corner after logging into your account.
From there, select “Change” next to your membership plan.
Then scroll down and select "Cancel subscription".
You will be rerouted to a page asking why you wish to cancel. Select a reason from the given options or provide your own explanation, if required. then select the "Next" button after you provided/selected the reason.
Finally, on the last page, confirm your cancellation by selecting "Cancel Subscription".
